How is my caviar shipped to ensure freshness?
All orders are shipped in insulated thermal packaging with high-performance ice packs to maintain a constant temperature of 32-38°F during transit.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer overnight and priority shipping options. Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday are typically processed for next-day delivery.
What is the shelf life of unopened caviar?
Unopened tins of caviar generally stay fresh for 4 to 6 weeks when refrigerated properly. Once opened, it should be consumed within 24 to 48 hours for the best flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to strict customs regulations regarding perishable food and CITES requirements for caviar, we currently only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
As we deal with temperature-sensitive gourmet food, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our concierge within 24 hours for a resolution.
How should I store my smoked salmon and foie gras?
All perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Smoked fish should be kept in its original vacuum-sealed packaging until ready to serve.
