Commonly known as Ship Sturgeon, Acipentris was nearly lost to time as it struggled to compete with other species in the southern Caspian Sea. However, Petrossian is dedicated to species preservation for all sturgeon and has worked closely with premier caviar farms on Lake Mantosa in Madagascar to resurrect this treasured caviar.
